FAQ
How do I track my order?
Once order is confirmed, you will receive an order number.
Processing time takes 24 to 48hrs (custom items time varies). After processing, you will receive a tracking number,
you will then be able to track your order with the delivery carrier.
What are your delivery options?
Items will be shipped USPS.
How do I return an item?
You must email a photo of the damaged item to tracytraniece@gmail.com within 5 business days of delivery. You will receive a RA number. You must print the form and return it with your damage item. You are responsible for return shipping.
How can I contact your couriers?
You can contact USPS up to 48 hours after receiving your tracking number.
Do you provide International delivery?

What is your returns policy?
Returns are granted for damaged items only!!!
No refunds, exchange only. Merchandise must be in original shape as shipped, must show no visible signs of being worn, and must have tag attached in original condition as sent. ALL SALES ITEMS ARE FINAL
